Spring in Medellin

There are places you visit that you just want to go back to.  Medellin is one of those places. The Colombian city is surrounded by majestic mountains, and inhabited by some of the nicest people that I have ever met. The city's climate has earned it its nickname of "Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera", English for The City of the Eternal Spring.

The exchange rate with the Colombian Peso make the trip very affordable.  Medellin is home to Colombia's textile and leather industry, making it an ideal place to go shopping. I personally purchased some good quality shoes and a wallet while I was there.

So make sure to put Medellin in your travel list. You will not be disappointed.
